Reliable and professional always. |

Work was fine (tire rotation) but billing practices..not so much! Arrived home and found that I was surcharged for using a credit card. What was formerly a merchants cost of doing biz has been offloaded onto the consumer with no notification at time of sale. Very disappointed. |

Thanks for fitting us in today with the minivan! We appreciate it. However initially we were toold the thermostat could not be done today. So i said no prpblem I'd do it over the weekend." We go to pick it up and its done. Thank you! Please ask technicians to clean hoods of grease and wipe down steering wheel as well. We appreciate everything! Thank you! |

Pleasant experience, timely, appreciate tire rotations with purchase |

I like the folks at the desk and those who worked on my auto. However, when getting an oil change I was quoted a base price plus synthetic oil - but the final bill was almost $11 higher than verbally quoted. I will ask more questions and get details in writing next time. |

Very polite & efficient. I made about a 330 mile trip after your service, &I had no problems. |

We always have a very positive experience at Island Tire. Management is very attentive and has a hands-on approach. The only negative this time was the cost of what I thought was going to be about $150. The Honda dealer had said the 90,000 mile service guidance would cost about $150 and take 3-4 hours. Island Tire did about the same work and charged about $250. |

Service was performed and met expectations though an engine code could not be cleared but effort was there. The problem I have is the transaction fee for using my credit card. I have always had both my cars serviced here but will investigate other service centers on the Island due to my dislike over the charge. I prefer fees like that to be rolled into my service. You possibly have lost my business over this fee |

We were very disappointed that our car had to be left in the shop for 2 days rather than the 1 we said it would be. The reason for this was that the panel that had be taken out for the window to be fixed wasn't replaced properly and the door couldn't open from the inside and it was returned in that manner and no no said anything about this. I guess it was thought that we wouldn't notice until we drove away and then they could deny responsibility when we brought it back. My advice if one goes back is to check your car over VERY carefully before you drive away. |

I've generally been satisfied with the shop, but on my last visit they charged me $100 for a diagnostic test without telling me of that charge, on a total tab of $700. They didn't contact me about the findings as they related to 2 of the 3 things I asked them to look at. I stopped by and asked to discuss it, and they said they were closed, 30 minutes before their published closing time,. They said they would call me the next day, but never did. This was a disappointing change from several other visits I'd made there, spending a fair amount of money each time. |

Had to clean grease hand prints all left al over interior after oil change. Drastically overcharged for parts. Vehicle was delivered unsafe to drive after brake and front end work. |
